- Two nurses on-site daily - one for treatment room assistance, the other for health assessments, care plans, and UPOs for DVA

- Flexible consultation times - 10 minute or 15 minute standard appointments; one doctor uses a split schedule of 2 x 10 minute consults with breaks
- Practice Manager with 7 years’ experience and at least 2 receptionists on front desk daily
